I want to let you know how I’m dealing with the recent pandemic and the steps I’m taking to protect my customers and their family. Your safety is of paramount importance.

I’m following the guidelines set out by the government and Public Health England (PHE), following strict hygiene measures.

I’m currently taking orders but to help reduce my carbon footprint and ease the pressure on Royal Mail. I only ship twice weekly.

Royal Mail is doing everything they can to run near-normal service, but there are delays. Royal Mail is also following guidance from PHE. You can read more about what Royal Mail are doing to protect their customers here. PHE has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels.

Given the rapidly evolving situation, there may be some delays within the postal service, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
