Amethyst is one of the most popular crystals out there. It is loved by many, including myself. It’s a wonderful aid for meditation practice and a great ally for those struggling with addictions (of all sorts).
It’s one of those stones that belongs in the First Aid kit, great for headaches and stressful situations.
