Many years ago I was introduced to Basil oil by a dear friend, my reiki master and qualified aromatherapist. An elder and very well respected in the world of vibrational essences and medicine. I’ve been using Basil oil ever since. It really does help keep you focused. I use mine in a diffuser but you can drop a couple of drops on a lava bead, a tissue, dab some on your wrists or temples (make sure to dilute the oil if using on the skin).
