This is a very lovely Lepidolite sphere. I found it very hard to put down.
Lepidolite keeps me calm and steady.. It’s almost like Bach’s rescue remedy in crystal form. It’s my go-to stone if I’m feeling anxious, it helps to soothe me, it helps by brining my own vibration down and it also helps me sleep peacefully. Lepidolite is a good aid for those living with and experiencing anxiety and or depression.
Simmons talks about taking a ‘lepidolite bath’, I love that! I often use crystals in the shower. He says you can place one or two more stones in a warm bath and to allow the soft energies of the stone permeate one’s energy field. A very effective way of receiving Lepidolite’s calming influence.
