🌸 What to Expect During a Session
Arrival & Registration
You’ll fill in a short confidential form so I can understand your needs and any relevant health details.
Gentle Chat
We’ll take a few minutes to talk about how you’re feeling and what you’d like from the session (or simply leave it open if you’re not sure).
Settling In
You’ll lie down fully clothed on a comfortable therapy couch. A soft blanket is available if you’d like one.
Healing Process
Crystals will be placed on and around your body, and I may weave in Reiki, sound healing or a guided meditation depending on your chosen session.
Relax & Receive
All you need to do is close your eyes and rest. Most people feel deeply peaceful, light, and calm; every experience is unique.
Closing & Reflection
We’ll gently ground your energy, talk through how you’re feeling, and I’ll share guidance for the immediate moments after your healing (such as drinking water, taking it easy, or allowing space to integrate).
💳 Payment & Booking Policy
To confirm your booking, I ask for a small deposit at the time of booking. This helps me prepare the space and honours the time I’ve set aside for you. It also prevents last-minute no-shows, which can take a slot away from someone else in need.
45–60 min sessions → £20 deposit
75–90 min sessions → £30–£40 deposit (depending on the session)
The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your session by cash, card, or bank transfer.
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will then be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being retained.
I’ll always do my best to be flexible and understanding — life happens — but I kindly ask that these guidelines are respected so I can continue to offer healing sessions in a fair and sustainable way.

Frequently Asked Questions
Not at all. Many people come simply for the relaxation and still benefit from the session. You don’t need to hold any particular beliefs — just an open mind.
That’s completely fine (and very common!). Your body and energy will still receive the healing. Some people even find they relax more deeply this way.
Yes. Crystal healing is a complementary practice — it works alongside medical care but does not replace it. Always continue with any treatment or medication prescribed by your doctor.
Crystal healing is generally safe during pregnancy, but please let me know if you are pregnant so I can adapt the session and choose appropriate crystals.
That really depends on your needs. Some people come weekly for a period of time, others monthly, and some just when they feel called. We can discuss what feels right for you.
Comfortable clothing is best. You remain fully clothed throughout the session, and I can provide a blanket if you’d like one.
Just yourself. Some people like to bring a water bottle or a journal to jot down reflections afterwards, but it’s optional.
Sessions are held at The Phoenix Centre in Ruthvoes, Cornwall. I’ll send you directions and details when you book.
Payment can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.
Life happens! Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged.
I’ll guide you on how to look after yourself immediately afterwards — usually resting, drinking water, and giving yourself space to integrate. You may feel calm, lighter, or notice emotions surfacing. Everyone’s experience is different.
