Refund policy

 

By purchasing from Castle Rocks Cornwall you acknowledge that you have reviewed all the product information.

Castle Rocks Cornwall will gladly offer an exchange or credit voucher if, for any reason, you change your mind about an order you have received.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and return the items within 14 days of delivery. Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items on sale

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Enhydro Crystals – International Orders

Enhydro crystals are natural formations containing water trapped within internal cavities. Due to this unique structure, they are inherently more delicate than solid crystals and can be affected by environmental changes such as temperature fluctuations, air pressure, and handling during transit.

While every care is taken in inspecting, preparing, and securely packaging each piece, these factors are outside of my control and may, in rare cases, result in internal damage or fracturing during shipping, particularly on international journeys.

By purchasing an enhydro crystal for international delivery, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with transit.

For international orders, I am unable to offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for damage caused by environmental or transit-related factors beyond my control. Each piece will be documented prior to dispatch, and packaging will be carried out to a high standard to ensure protection as far as reasonably possible.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Product photos may be zoomed to highlight details. Please refer to the listed dimensions and weight for accurate sizing. While I strive to use natural lighting, indoor lighting may occasionally be used, potentially affecting image appearance. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you've reviewed all product information.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Postage
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Castle Rocks Cornwall, Workshop 4, Ruthvoes, Cornwall, TR9 6HT, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
