All orders are sent using a tracked service.

Dispatch times are 1-3 working days.  Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 days.

If you select a 24-hour service at checkout, your order will be sent first class once it has been prepared.

OVERSEAS & UNITED STATES SHIPPING

All international orders are sent using a fully tracked service.

I offer two shipping options for overseas customers:

Standard International Shipping (DDU)
With standard shipping, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – Recommended for US Customers
I now offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for the United States. This option includes all customs duties, import taxes, and fees within the shipping cost.

This means your order will arrive with nothing further to pay on delivery, offering a smoother and more predictable experience.

Europe: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
North America: 7–10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7–15 business days
Asia Pacific: 7–15 business days

These are estimated delivery times only. While I always do my best to dispatch promptly and use reliable services, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

Customs & Delays

For standard (DDU) shipping, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply.

For DDP shipments, these charges are prepaid.

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside of my control.

Enhydro Crystals – International Orders

Enhydro crystals are natural formations containing water trapped within internal cavities. Due to this unique structure, they are inherently more delicate than solid crystals and can be affected by environmental changes such as temperature fluctuations, air pressure, and handling during transit.

While every care is taken in inspecting, preparing, and securely packaging each piece, these factors are outside of my control and may, in rare cases, result in internal damage or fracturing during shipping, particularly on international journeys.

By purchasing an enhydro crystal for international delivery, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with transit.

For international orders, I am unable to offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for damage caused by environmental or transit-related factors beyond my control. Each piece will be documented prior to dispatch, and packaging will be carried out to a high standard to ensure protection as far as reasonably possible.
