This 13-layer Wenchang Tower from Brazil has been hand carved by a highly skilled artisan. Standing approximately 24cm tall and weighing 696g, it is a substantial carving, with carefully shaped tiers rising towards a pointed top.

The Layers & Their Meaning:

Wenchang Towers are made with different numbers of tiers, including 5, 7, 9 and 13. Interpretations vary between Feng Shui practitioners, but common associations include:

• 5 layers: The five Chinese elements, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, representing balance and harmony
• 7 layers: The seven treasures of Buddhism, with associations of good fortune and career progress
• 9 layers: Completeness, achievement and advancement in learning
• 13 layers: Wisdom, knowledge and ascension

Crystal Composition & Energy:

Clear Quartz is composed of silicon dioxide. Its appearance can range from transparent to cloudy within the same piece, depending on its inclusions and internal features. Rainbow flashes occur where light interacts with fine internal fractures.
