Rounded natural formations with soft grey tones and intricate surface markings

There is plenty of character in this piece, from the small ring-like feature at one end to the larger curved sections below. Its gently sculpted appearance is naturally formed, making it a lovely example of the unusual shapes these concretions can develop.

Crystal Composition & Energy:

Canadian Fairy Stones are calcium carbonate concretions incorporating fine sediment such as clay and sand. They form as mineral cement binds sediment together, creating rounded shapes that can join into more complex formations. These stones are particularly associated with Quebec’s Harricana River area.

In contemporary crystal traditions, Fairy Stones are associated with grounding, nurturing energy and connection to nature. Their rounded forms are often linked symbolically with togetherness, making them meaningful pieces for intentions around family, friendship and belonging.
