Lapis Lazuli holds a special place in history, particularly in ancient Egypt, where it was revered as a stone of the gods. The Egyptians used Lapis Lazuli in jewellery, amulets, and even in the burial masks of pharaohs, such as the iconic mask of Tutankhamun. It was believed to bring protection, wisdom, and a connection to the divine.
