This is such an unusual little Moroccan piece. Sitting proudly across the matrix is a beautifully formed double-terminated diopside crystal with an incredible glossy lustre, almost black at first glance until the light catches those deep green tones.

Around it, sparkling Epidote crystals spread across the rugged matrix in mossy olive greens, giving the whole specimen a wonderfully earthy, ancient feel. There’s something really wild and untouched about this combination, like a hidden mountain-pocket mineral specimen straight from the earth.

The double termination on the Diopside is what makes this especially collectable.
