This beautiful Root Amethyst is one of those crystals that deserves a closer look. Long and elegant in form, it retains its natural lower growth structure while displaying a rich amethyst termination at one end. There is a lovely section of Citrine, creating a wonderful contrast between the soft violet and warm honey tones.

Some collectors refer to pieces like this as Dragon Tooth Amethysts due to their elongated shape and rugged, ancient appearance. The crystal has been left largely natural, preserving the character of its growth while allowing the internal structures to remain visible. Depending on the angle and light, the interior reveals a landscape of etched formations, internal veils, and geometric growth patterns that seem to shift and change as the crystal is turned.
