A beautifully formed natural Topaz crystal emerging from a contrasting mineral matrix

The Topaz crystal is beautifully formed and naturally terminated, sitting proudly within the contrasting matrix as it grew there untouched for millions of years… which, of course, it did.

The crystal itself has a soft, warm peachy-golden tone. What makes this specimen especially lovely is the balance between the clean geometric structure of the Topaz and the rugged natural host rock surrounding it. The contrast really makes the crystal stand out beautifully.

You can clearly see the classic vertical striations along the sides of the crystal, along with that crisp termination at the top. A nice collector's piece.
