Lepidolite keeps me calm and steady, in a different way to Smoky quartz. It's almost like Bach's rescue remedy in crystal form. It's my go-to stone if I'm feeling anxious, it helps smooth my vibration and it takes things down a notch or two. I also find it a good companion if I'm struggling to sleep.
