These Ethiopian Opals are small but absolutely bursting with life. I hand selected each one for its magnificent play of colour — almost all of them show the full spectrum: pinks, reds, purples, blues, golds, oranges and greens, flashing and shifting as the light moves.

Every photo you see here was taken in natural daylight. The fire is so strong in these pieces that no artificial light is needed — they truly glow on their own. That said, the still photos don’t do them justice. Please be sure to watch the videos, as that’s where you’ll see the colours at their very best.
